Shannon Isom is President and CEO of YWCA Dayton. She is responsible for the executive and administrative leadership of YWCA Dayton, dedicated to eliminating racism and empowering women. She served as a YWCA Dayton Board member, as well as Board Chair, before taking the helm in 2013.
