Virtual Roundtable Under the Same Mission

Yvonne retired from the NewPage Corporation in Dayton after a 33-year career. She believes we can best serve God by serving others as stated in Matthew 25:40. Yvonne’s community service has focused primarily on educating children and advocating for women who have suffered domestic violence. She served 12 years as an elected member of the Dayton Board of Education and held the office of President for two years. She also served on the Board of the YWCA, Dayton, and as Board Chair for four years. Her work with the YWCA continues as an Emeritus Board member. Yvonne is currently Chair of the Seedling Foundation Board, which supports the educational and artistic aspirations of the students at Stivers School for the Arts in Dayton. She is also very active in her church of 40 years and serves on the Board of Trustees and as co-chair of the Women’s Organization.
