Be a Stunning Representative of Strength

How do you let your light shine in a dark place? We are all representatives of Christ. We are either a warning label or a stunning example of faithfulness, hope, strength, and tenacity. Grab a cup of coffee and join us as we shine a beaming light on strategies that help us to illuminate any room or atmosphere and embrace our internal strength as we walk through the storms of life.

Guest Moderator: Karen Jackson

Karen Jackson, MPA, CNP, is an award-winning marketing and public relations expert and trailblazer in her industry. She was named one of the first black women to serve as an Exploring Executive for the Boy Scouts of America. As the first School and Community Relations Specialist for Middletown City Schools, she was recognized by the National and Ohio Public Relations Association for her communication and marketing initiatives that guided the school district’s efforts during a split with another school district. Karen was named a Top 25 Women of Impact and received commendations by the Air Force Research Laboratory Commander and the Nonprofit Management and Leadership Alliance for exceptional writing and research. The author and motivational speaker is also the President of Embrace Your Power, LLC, and host of a leadership podcast – Through My Lens – which shares inspirational stories of men and women who have not let their setbacks, circumstances, and challenges define who they are and what they can accomplish.
