"Pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."
James 5:16 KJV

As those of us in the United States celebrate the National Day of Prayer on May 5, 2022, let us remember to pray that God helps us encourage, educate, and elevate other women all over the world in their journeys.

As a member of Women in Christian Leadership, we have many ways to help you on your own journey. As it relates to prayer, you're encouraged to visit:

God Bless.

Recognizing Our True Worth with Melissa Cutcher

When Jesus looked at people, He did not see them as defined by their labels or their job descriptions—He recognized their true worth. What are we undervaluing in our workplace, in our relationships, in our life? In this episode we will explore what holds us back from being the person God intended us to be.

Melissa will take us through the steps she takes to regularly unpack and dig deep into her backpack to access God’s gifts and blessings, including: Understanding what holds us back; Why it's important to break free; How to break free; and how to leverage community and other resources to find our true worth.

Women in Christian Leadership Gather to Encourage, Educate, AND Elevate for GOD's Glory

Discover and strengthen your gifts, develop your leadership skills through peer-to-peer events, education, mentoring, group coaching, and mastermind programs led by women bringing glory to God and sharing the love of Christ!

We are here to equip you for your calling to honor God by providing you the resources to serve in excellence to HIS glory. Women in Christian Leadership will encourage you in speaking the truth in love for the unity of Christ's body.

"But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ,  from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love."

Ephesians 4:15,16

Women in Christian Leadership is Committed to Developing Servant Leaders

As believers, we have an enormous advantage in that we know Jesus and are empowered by the Holy Spirit for our calling. He has set an example of servant leadership through the washing of the disciples' feet. Women in Christian Leadership's Virtual Roundtables and Coffee & Conversations provide opportunities for sister-to-sister encouragement.

"Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them."

John 13:14-17
