We are called to be good stewards of the gifts and talents God has given us.  How can we do that when we aren't sure what they are? 

Through this group coaching experience you will:

• Take assessments to identify your spiritual gifts, your values and your communication style
• Develop strategies for finding out from others what they see are your gifts and talents and how you add value
• Explore what keeps you from being good stewards of the gifts God has given you such as:- fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of not enough, the imposter syndrome
• Leave each session with actions items designed to help you discover and accept the gifts God has given you and explore ways in which you can fully utilize them to give full glory and honor to God
• Learn how to provide feedback to others so that they can see the gifts and talents you see in them
• Meet other women in a safe space where you can explore your gifts, your challenges and learn from one another
