Lois founded Real Change, where she has helped hundreds of people and many organizations overcome obstacles that get in the way of growth so that real change is made at work and in life. Lois, a thoughtful listener who asks the right questions to get to the heart of an issue, approaches every client with energy and kindness.
Lois is the Lead Leadership Coach for Aileron. They are based in Tipp City, Ohio, and help take privately held businesses, teams, cultures, and individuals to the next level of growth. Their services help business leaders implement professional management to create sustainable businesses. Lois also helps recruit, interview, onboard, and develop Aileron's leadership coaches.
Lois applies her coaching skills daily as president and co-founder of Solid Blend Technologies, Inc., also based in Dayton. Solid Blend provides water management services for healthcare and other facilities focusing on water management, industrial water treatment, and Water Safety. Lois created and managed Solid Blend's Ideal Culture Program, made a healthy culture and was recognized by winning the Best Places to Work Awards.
She’s happiest when spending time with her husband, Ken; their three sons and daughters-in-law; and their grandchildren. Lois also enjoys traveling, reading, and working out.
