Work Together to Bring Solutions to Our Differences

Bridging differences is a process of working across our differences and breaking them down. It involves recognizing that another person or group has their own human needs, values, and worldview. Without the basic recognition of our shared humanity, constructive dialogue or problem solving is unlikely to happen. There are tips to help us find common ground with others, ultimately working together bringing solutions to our differences.

Carol is a mother, grandmother, public servant, servant leader, and Air Force veteran. She loves encouraging others to be the very best they can be, performing community service, traveling the world and mentoring youth. She is President of Prewitt Consulting, LLC and consults in the areas of Civility Training, Etiquette and Business Protocol.
